This Is The Best News Ever! I'm Gonna Throw Up!

Belle comes out of the dressing room to a distracted Mimi. Mimi drops the bomb. She has a confession to make, but she swoons before she can get a word out of her mouth.

EJ and Sami are at the hospital. EJ knocks on Lexie's door. She invites them in. EJ introduces himself as the new spokesperson for Basic Black. He tells her he's working with Sami, too.

"You need a psychiatrist, not me," says Lexie.

EJ explains he is a racecar driver. He wants to donate the winnings from his last race to breast cancer research. Lexie says she recently had a breast cancer scare herself.

The doctor asks Jack how he feels. "Doctor, I feel like crap," says Jack. Dripping is sweat, he tells the doctor he knew it would be a long shot, "Win some lose some. Just tell me the truth. I can handle it. I'm not going to make it or go home to Jennifer am I?"

Frankie tells Jennifer the brat's chances are slim to none – slim if Frankie is her attorney, none if she switches to Mickey. Jennifer speaks for all of us when she says she wouldn't want Frankie as her lawyer. Abby comes in. Frankie vows to defend the brat to the best of his ability. She's toast.

Will comes in. He hopes they throw the book at the brat. He sits by Abby.

Max asks the brat if she is all right. Of course not, but she's counting on her "guardian angel" to come through for her.

Billie insists the brat is up to something. Kate denies it. She advises her to focus on Bo.

Bo comes up to Hope. Tension. Bo vows to tell the truth on the stand.

"Which version," asks Shawn, "She left him to die on the street. I know I would never do anything like that."

Ordinarily, Bo would not take advantage of the ree-tard, but he's under a bit of stress right now, so he goes straight for the jugular, "No, you'd just drive your motorcycle through a church window into a crowd of people."

Well that certainly got Shawn to back off. He and Hope leave and enter the courtroom. Bo talks to Caroline. She wishes she could help. Bo tells her he can't turn his back on Chelsea even though she needs to be punished.

Victor advises him, "Don't do anything to lose the woman you love. You'll regret it for the rest of your life." Caroline stares.

Bo comes into the courtroom with the brat. He hugs her as Hope seethes. Hanging Judge Lawler comes in and announces there will be no trial. Everyone in the room speaks in unison, "GASP! "

Jack says he won't get in touch with Jennifer if he isn't going to survive. The doctor affirms Jack's fears. He has bad news.

Mumble, mumble in the courtroom. The DA objects. Judge Lawless calls for order. He announces this will be an informal hearing so he can be brought up to speed.

Hope wonders what this will do for Chelsea. Shawn vows to throw her in jail himself if he has to.

Chelsea wonders what this will mean. Bo informs her the judge had a relative killed in a hit and run. How coonnvveenniieenntt.

Billie accuses Kate of masterminding this. Kate says she would never want the toughest judge in Salem assigned to the case.

The judge calls Hope to the stand. Hope holds up a picture of Zack, "Today would have been his sixth birthday." How coonnvveenniieenntt. "But there is no cake, presents or party. But I know what his wish would have been. To grow up and make this world a better place. But all of his dreams were taken away from us. He was tragically killed by Chelsea Brady. I don't want revenge. In the end only God can judge a person's sins. As a mother I lost my most precious gift. My child. I'll never be able to say how much I love him again. But if Chelsea goes free, I swear she will hurt someone else. I want her to learn from this horrific tragedy. Your honor, I know Chelsea's fate is up to you. My son will only rest in peace when justice is done."

Kate is afraid the judge will nail Chelsea.

Bo takes the stand. He talks about Zack coming to them. It was a difficult time. He made their family complete. Bo smiles as he talks about him, "It's hard to believe we'll live all the Days Of Our Lives without him now, but he will always be with us in our hearts. I couldn't be there for him when he died and that's..." Bo's voice breaks up, "I'll never forgive myself for that. All I can do is what I think he would want me to do. He loved his big sister and I don't think he would want the tragedy of his death to cause another tragedy. I'm asking you to show Chelsea justice and leniency. I am mostly responsible for this. If someone needs to be punished and someone needs to go to prison, let it be me."

Prevuze

Belle brings Mimi water. Mimi doesn't know what happened. She couldn't catch her breath. Belle questions her about what she said. Mimi just says she is feeling sick. Belle thinks it's morning sickness. Mimi is delighted, "This means I'm pregnant. This is the best news ever! I'm gonna throw up!"

Sami remembers wrestling with her conscience. EJ thinks Lexie should be the face of the public relations campaign. Lexie doesn't think that's a good idea. She tells him she underwent the tests and they were negative. EJ thinks she should show an example by getting a second opinion. Lexie agrees. EJ leaves to make the necessary arrangements, since Lexie is too much of a lamebrain to make her own appointment. Lexie grills Sami, "What are you up to now?"

Sami denies she has anything to do with this. Lexie reminds her they fought at Chez Rouge about her getting a second appointment. Sami swears EJ came up with this on his own. Lexie advises her to stay out of EJ's life. Sami insists they both just work together. Lexie accuses her of hedging her bets: she has EJ to fall back on in case her engagement with Austin doesn't work out. Sami suggests Lexie shut up or Abe will find out about her affair.

EJ comes back and announces they are ready for the retest. He wrote "them" a very generous check to speed things up. He was going to use that money to find a better place to live, but, hey, all in the line of duty.

Lexie leaves for the test. EJ asks Sami, "Why is it so important to you that Lexie retake the medical test?" Sami stares.

So Jack is dying. At least he's had a lot of experience doing that. A mysterious figure stands outside his door as the Doc advises hospice care. He wishes he could do more. "At least Jennifer won't have to know I'm dying all over again," says Jack.

Bo tells the judge he allowed Chelsea to drive so this is his fault. The judge doesn't buy it. Bo says he was trying to protect his daughter, "The brat has to be held responsible, but she's sorry."

Jennifer tells Hope Bo is trying to do the right thing. The judge dismisses him and asks for the evidence before talking to the defendant. The DA sets things up. Frankie gives her the same advice he gives all his clients, "Change your plea to guilty and throw yourself on the mercy of the court." The brat looks over at Kate and then refuses.

The intrepid shoppers arrive at the Java Café. Nothing sounds good to Mimi. She turns a brighter shade of green with every suggestion Belle makes. All this will be worth it, though, if she is pregnant. In the meantime, she feels like she is going to die.

EJ knows Sami can't stand Lexie. Sami insists Lexie was just being stubborn when she refused her request to have a second test. She thinks EJ did a good job of convincing her to have the test. Sami wishes she knew what was going on in EJ's head. EJ says, "Every man needs a cretin air of mystery."

Lexie comes back in. The tests are over. She's optimistic.

Jack sweats and suffers. The mystery man, an orderly, stands in the room with his back turned. Jack asks who the orderly is. The Doc says he is from the hospice.

The DA turns on the TV. Fuzz... More fuzz... Silence... Tension... DA Bettis thinks this must be a technical glitch. People wiggle in their seats and wonder what is going on. The brat looks at Kate. Kate looks at Eve, who motions to her and leaves the room. Kate follows.

The judge advises the DA to make sure she has the right disc. Frankie can't believe this. He tells the brat not to get her hopes up.

Will thinks this is bogus. Abby doesn't want the brat to go to jail. They argue. Abby brings up Sami, "People have forgiven her so why shouldn't they forgive Chelsea?"

Victor reminds Maggie they have Chelsea's confession, even if the video evidence is lost. Caroline wonders if this is what Zack would want. Bo wonders what happened to the disc.

Out in the hall, Eve tells Kate she switched the video. She gives Kate the real one and Kate pays her. Eve tells Kate Bo was in the evidence room. Kate gives her a bonus for that interesting piece of information.

The DA tells the judge someone must have tampered with the evidence. Kate comes back in and looks pretty smug. Billie stares at her.

The judge orders a complete investigation.

Jack agonizes. He calls Jennifer's name. The doctor thinks this may be the beginning of the end. He leaves and the orderly attends to Jack. Jack gasps, "It's you!"

Mimi says the last time she was pregnant she didn't have morning sickness. She thinks she is being punished for the abortion. She once again tells Belle she has a confession to make.

EJ and Sami stand in the hallway. He thinks Sami is tense. She claims she's just anxious to hear about the results. The nurse stares at them as she takes the results into Lexie's office. Sami runs over to Lexie's door to eavesdrop.

Lexie gets the file. Sami is bout to freak. Lexie reads and stares. Sami busts in and shouts, "Lexie, do you have cancer or not?"

Mimi says, "I have to tell you the truth..." ATTACK! Mimi doubles over into the dreaded DOOL pregnancy knot, "OMG! Something is wrong! OMG! I'm so afraid I'm losing my baby!" This proves it for once and for all: shopping is hazardous to your health.

Mystery man offers Jack water. "My vision is really screwed up," says Jack, "For a second I thought you were my brother. Talk to me. Say something."

Patch looks down with his good eye and encourages him to drink. It just sends chills down your spine, doesn't it?

Jack looks up, "Steve... Steve... It's been years and you're only an orderly? Jeez, you coulda been a doctor by now."

Eve comes into the courtroom with the computer records from the evidence room. They show only Bo had access to the evidence room. Bo squirms.

Shawn says, "Stop torturing yourself." Mimi says, "You don't deserve to be punished just because I do."

Billie tells Kate, "I know that you had something to do with erasing the evidence."

Bo says, "I'm going to do my damndest to find out who did it, so real justice can be served." The brat asks, "What do you mean by real justice?"

Hope says to Frankie, "Where are those divorce papers you drew up... because now I'm ready to sign."

"A man has to have a cretin amount of mystery"....I know that was a typo on Prevuze' part, but how funny. HAHAHAHA

The judge needs an informal hearing because he needs to be brought up to speed before the trial?? Isn't that what a trial is for? Oh, sorry, this is DAYS. I let logic slip in there for a moment.

Great Prevuze. It will get me on the way in great style this morning.

I can certainly understand a judge needing to "get up to speed" before a trial starts, but wouldn't you think the ATTORNIES would have been notified ahead of time??

And why are Hope and Bo testifying so early--you'd think the babysitter would set the stage. And why the heck isn't LEXIE there??

Thanks for the Prevuze!

applecheeks you know that to understand this show you MUST erase all common sense, logic, morality and sanity. Just leave your brain somewhere else, that's what the writers do.

Great Prevuze today.
