Not One Competent Brain Cell

Once again there was no feed this morning. It seems to me this is getting to be an all-too-consistent feature from the nitwits who produce this show. I mean, is it me, or does it seem that from the point this show is written, produced, fed to the networks and oozed into our homes as our daily garbage delivery, there is not one competent brain cell at work? Just askin'.

Whenever this happens instead of showing DOOL, the satellite equipment just shows this picture, which I call the Death Star:

Prevuze

So since there was no episode, I stared at that for 45 minutes and, frankly, found it to be far more exciting than watching any episode of DOOL I have seen in months.

We'll continue to monitor the satellite and see if maybe something comes in. In the meantime, have a great weekend and plan to join us on Monday for more great adventure... or DOOL, in the event that we get a feed.

NOTE – you can now follow Prevuze on twitter at: http://twitter.com/prevuze

Prevuze II has a video of the daily show previews, which should be available by noon (EST) on any given day. To see Prevuze II: CLICK HERE

It's a good thing this is Friday! Any other Prevuze-less day would be too terrible to endure.

It is comforting to know that if I do get too bored at work I can jump over to Prevuze today and stare at the Death Star for a few minutes. It is pretty darned exciting!

Happy First Day of Spring, y'all.

Is this some terrible DiMera conspiracy or is the network pre-empting Monday's for one of the 10,000 endless and mindless basketball games going on?

I'm with Applecheeks. At least it's Friday. And we know the folks at the Prevuze compound will keep a sharp eye on the satellite feeds for us. Happy weekend, all. TGIP!

Is this also your site or is this person hotlinking your image and trying to steal the funny?! It's not the first time I've seen this behavior over there. ;)

Bummer - no feed but Applecheeks and Anonymous are right. Today is the vernal equinox. At 6:44 AM, it was about 28 degrees, and I don't consider that very springlike. Since I live near O'Hare Airport and apparently that is only a stone's throw from Salem, Nicole must have been freezing her butt off in that backless dress. Anyway, it is quite possible that a group of ancient druids highjacked the DOOL feed for a ritual burning as a sacrifice to the soap gods. If they could drag those big honkin' rocks from who knows where to build Stonehenge, anything is possible. Maybe their prayers for better writing will be answered.

Hey, it turns out that staring intensely at the DEATH STAR is turning out to be far more entertaining than watching some recent eppisodes of DOOL! But it doesn't hold a candle to reading the daily Prevuze recaps of course :) Looking forward to your recap later on today. Not much to do around here anyway since the temperature has rapidly dropped to the high 20's! Oh Joy! So much for early Spring! My yard work plans have fallen into a deep hole again. Oh well, happy Friday Prevuze camp and all fellow Prevuzites!!!

There definitely seems to be something goin on at DOOL. They haven't posted an epi on iTunes since last Friday's. Wonder if the two incidents are related or there is another person with "not one competent brain cell" responsible for sending epis to iTunes.....

No, the Salem Spectator is not my site also. The woman who runs that site has the same equipment we have here, so she gets the "death star" also. And, if you notice, she gave Prevuze credit for the picture, so everything is copacetic.

Just read this in my e-mailed Soap Opera Digest issue. OMG, did I call it a few days ago or what??

"On Friday, March 27, Chloe feels nauseated and worries after she checks the dates on her calendar."

How many who's the daddy s/ls can they have going at one time? I really hope this is a false alarm. It might just be what pushes Chloe to fess up (or Daniel to demand the beans be spilled).

I agree Applecheeks, it may sound a little mean - but I'm personally, tired of all the babies. Will, Mia, and Melanie do not alleviate these feelings either. Ciara (never being there) is a-ok though.

There does seem to be baby mania on soaps these days.

Klaus-you must really like Claire-she's sailing around the world with dumbbell and dumberbell

Applecheeks - If Chloe turns out to be pregnant, the nausea experienced DOOL viewers will be of pandemic proportions.

Couldn't stand waiting for Monday, especially after the cliff hanger Friday. With Tony having Nicole by the you know whats and Sami getting busted by EJ. Anyways, I came across this site and it has a transcript for Monday's episode. A lot of good stuff is happening, so I guess I'll be watching for the first time in months. It's gonna be fun!!!! http://tvmegasite.net/day/days/transcripts/trans-da-03-20-09.shtml
