Carbope

Let us consider for a moment the Carly-Bo-Hope triangle, affectionately known in some circles as "Carbope." Or perhaps Hoboly. Or, maybe more accurately, HO-BO-HO, if you catch my drift. I think it's time for Prevuze to weigh in on this shallow, yet one-dimensional situation. Let's face it, Bo Brady is at a crossroads in his life. Although it's a complex choice, Bo's options seem to have come down to: Hope "The Wicked Witch Of The West" Brady vs. Carly "The Slicin' Dicin' Homewrecker" Manning.

Someone once said, "A peacefulness follows any decision, even the wrong one." I don't know about peacefulness, but I think we can safely assume, whichever way Bo finally goes, it's sure to be the wrong decision. And Prevuze, helpful journal that it is, would like to give him some assistance. So we've compiled a list of the top ten reasons Bo should throw himself into Hope's lake of fire and another list of reasons he should toss himself under the Carly Manning bus.

At first, I decided to do this for Bo and Hope this week and Carly and Bo next week (or vice versa), but then I figured hey, why not alienate both groups of readers all at once? So, for your consideration...

THE TOP TEN REASONS BO SHOULD DUMP CARLY AND STAY WITH HOPE:
10. Fido's really lonely out there in the dog house.

9. Every once in a while, Hope falls for, "I thought it was you I was sleeping with."

8. Bo joined an obscure religious sect and Hope has volunteered to help him with its physical penance requirement by flogging him daily.

7. He'll have both Billie and Carly in reserve.

6. If Hope tries to shoot him, she'll probably mow down Kayla instead.

5. He just doesn't hate Justin that much.

4. For the kids. The ones Chelsea hasn't killed, anyway.

3. It deprives Hope of having her retaliatory fling with Justin (we assume).

2. He actually enjoys sleeping on the couch, especially when Carly and the Internet cameras are close by.

AND...

THE TOP TEN REASONS BO SHOULD DUMP HOPE AND HOOK UP WITH CARLY:
10. He has a spare bedroom for those times when Lawrence's ghost visits.

9. If Melanie ever moves in with them, he'll realize what a joy that little brat Chelsea was.

8. Technically, they're still married since their fake wedding was never followed by a fake divorce.

7. Should the opportunity arise, Carly obviously approves of Bo having extramarital affairs.

6. He can help Carly tell Melanie she's her long-lost parent since he has so much experience telling Chelsea the same thing.

5. He can listen to Carly and Roman trade those hilarious stories about being buried alive.

4. Think of the fun double-dates they can have with Victor and Vivian.

3. They can keep Ciara entertained right from the comfort of their living room couch.

2. When Carly butchers the man she's living with, she doesn't twist the knife too much.

Drumroll, please...

And the number one reason Bo should stay with Hope:

1. She comes with a free broom!

And the number one reason Bo should hook up with Carly:

1. At some point, every guy gets his father's hand-me-downs.

I don't have ten reasons why you should have a great weekend, but who needs any reason for that? Just do it, and we'll see you bright and early on Monday.
