Since there is sooooo much "drama" (or lack thereof) going on, on DOOL; it's fun to see how TPTB have tried to put one over on us over the years.
I know there are more characters that have been re-cast over the years, but these are some of the most current.

Just a note, as everyone scrolls past the pictures and laughs at way we were expected to just "accept" some of these replacements, remember this:
At one time DNA tests were done that "proved" John Black was Forrest Alamain, even though he was ADOPTED by the Alamain family and was ACTUALLY the son of Stefano's first wife.
So for all of us who mourn the idea that Sami's babys were fathered by Lucas, DNA tests and all, there is ALWAYS HOPE (and Bo, LOL)
I loved all of the various
"Romans".
Some recasts aren't as good, some are better and some are pretty much the same to me. In my opinion, for example,the current Belle is MUCH better.

just to point something out here...the "new Philip" was the first "teen/adult Philip" that was a jerk to Chloe and would have thought the last person he'd be with was her and Belle(am I the only one that liked Kirsten more? These replacements just get dumber each time, ie: Stephanie)....but yeah, I see it was made by a fan so no harm done ;)
Unfortunately, all soap actors and characters are susceptible to leaving and/or being replaced. There is hardly anyone on DAYS who hasn't experienced that at some point. Sometimes I'm amazed at how often DAYS can go back in their archives and pull out folks who are still the same.
Enjoyed seeing some of the "other" actors and remembering how they looked. Funny Saturday post. Thanks!

Come on guys! Am I the only one that likes Lucas?? I think he is just right with Sami.
I prefer this Belle, also.
Also, concerning Roman, I have grown to love this "Roman" better then the 'real one' or when Drake played him! give him a good woman and Love!!! He deserves it!
Yes, please stop picking on Lucas. He is adorable and the sweetest guy there. Can't stand the new Belle, and miss the old Philip terribly. :(
