A Used Woman, A Liar And A Whore
Nick sits at the bar and watches Chelsea and Jett come in. He butts in and introduces himself. Chelsea establishes his status as boyfriend. "So you're the geek, huh," asks Jett.
EJ remembers Sami begging for help as Tony approaches. He asks for Tony's 'Plan B.' EJ wants him to call off the hit or he will kill Tony.
Dr. Jacobs says the baby shows no effects of the carbon monoxide. Sami has to stay overnight for observation. The doctor leaves. Sami remembers the fire extinguisher prank Lucas pulled. She thinks they should do that to the guard and then go home. Lucas thinks she should stay. He thinks this was more than a warning. He's going to hire bodyguards for her. Sami thinks he's making too big of a deal of this. She brings up the letter. She thinks the past is reaching out to her. She thinks it will help them find out about the DiMera vendetta against the Brady's. Lucas thinks they should burn it.
Suddenly one of the machines beside Sami's bed sounds an alarm. The graph on the machine goes straight down. They start to panic, but then realize the machine is only monitoring Lucas IQ.
Jett says that came out wrong. He apologizes. He knew a lot of guys like Nick in the Air Force Academy, and was always glad they were there working on his plane. He invites Nick to join them. Chelsea protests but Nick sits down anyway.
EJ says it's a promise not a threat. EJ knows Tony gave the order for Sami to be executed. He asks if Bart or Rolf pumped the gas into the car. Tony ignores it and asks if Sami is dead. EJ says Tony knows she isn't. He asks Tony for a truce. Tony says that's out of his control. EJ says then he will talk to Stefano. Tony thinks he's turning his back on the family for Sami, "Pearls to swine, what a colossal waste. What is it about her that gets you down on your knees begging to save her pitiful soul?"
Sami and Lucas argue about the letter and trying to stop the feud. Sami thinks they should. Lucas thinks they should leave it alone. Sami says she has lived through this all her life. She runs through the litany of DiMera sins, "I have to do this for every unborn Brady that's out there. If you won't help, I will do it myself."
Nick asks how Jett got his name. Jett says he was named after a character in a movie. Chelsea suggests Nick tell Jett about his two favorites – Shane and Patton. Jett says the movie he got his name from was Giant. Nick rambles about the movie. He gets a call and runs out. Jett tells Chelsea he thinks Nick is cool.
Outside, Maggie and Nick talk. Maggie got a call about his credit card being over its limit. Nick insists he hasn't used it, and then gasps, "OMG! Willow! I can't explain this but I'm gonna take care of it." Maggie runs over to the first bum she sees on the street and tells him Nick's credit card is over the limit because he gave it to the town whore.
Lucas tells Sami, "Don't be like Joan of Arc. She ended up like French Toast." Their discussion about the letter gets a little more rational, but that doesn't last long. Lucas blows again. He's not going to turn out like Kayla and lose the one person he can't live without.
"You can't live without Steve," asks Sami.
"We took an oath for better or worse," says Lucas, "Obviously, I got the better and you got the worse. For all our sakes, leave this the hell alone."
EJ says this has nothing to do with Sami and everything to do with the child she is carrying. He won't sacrifice one life for another. Tony thinks Sami has turned EJ into a lovesick puppy. He is the bane of her existence.
"That would be you," says EJ.
"Pick up your gauntlet and throw in the towel," snorts Tony, "Samantha is never going to be yours. Not in this lifetime or any other! And, as you well know, on this show we all get several."
EJ brings up Kristin Blake. It was his failure that turned Tony into a bitter soulless creature. A referee steps in and penalizes EJ for unsportsmanlike conduct. "You can't speak for this family," says EJ, "Because you are one of a kind."
"Yes," says Tony.
Nick meets Willow. He wants his credit card back, and wonders why she charged so much on it. Willow says she had necessities, "A flat-screen TV, DVD player, and a Nintendo Wii." Nick shouts, "This stops now. I'm done trusting you. Give me my card back."
Jett thinks Nick isn't coming back. Chelsea asks about the Air Force. They talk about Jeremy. Jett trusts him to watch his back. He tells Chelsea about the coming up with the Touch The Sky scheme. Chelsea thinks Jett is nicer than Jeremy. She doesn't think she can get along with Jeremy. Jett thinks they will make some serious money in the business if they get the loan from Max. He invites her back on board. He will run interference with "The J Man." It would make a world of difference to Jett if she accepts.
EJ accuses Tony of being jealous. Tony laughs. EJ rubs it in, "I fathered a child. You could never do that, could you?" Tony thinks he should have been a stand up comic. EJ knows he was conceived so Tony's betrothed could hang on to John Black. The truth is a toxic reminder of Tony's failure. EJ thinks he has now become the prince and will have a child with Marlena's daughter. He has everything Tony ever wanted.
Tony gets nasty, "I never extorted sex. The only way you can control a woman is by raping her, and not a very fine woman at that – a used woman, a liar and a whore."
EJ has a meltdown, "YOU WATCH YOUR TONGUE!"
"I struck a nerve didn't I," asks Tony, "You are the rotten limb father cut form the family tree."
"Then he can tell me himself," says EJ, "If you try to stop me, I already told you what will happen."
Tony says the next time EJ makes a threat he should make sure he has the bullets to back it up. EJ tells Tony not to underestimate him. Tony agrees to set up a meeting with Stefano. He wants the stem cells or EJ will be branded an outcast, and that brand burns. EJ's head is on the cutting block. Tony suggests EJ visit Sami at the hospital, "Unless something tragic has befallen her while you're here wasting my time." EJ scoots off. Tony chuckles.
Bart comes out of the shadows. "It's time," says Tony, "Make that call."
Lucas says Sami will always be his hero for saving his life. Sami still thinks they can do something about this. They can end the feud once and for all.
Rolf is on his phone. He says he knows what to do. He takes a tray to Sami's room. The officer outside the door stares at it.
Chelsea says she has never been to Vegas before. Jett tells her time doesn't exist there. They have a four-star flyboy crash pad with a view that will knock her eyes out. He guarantees she will make more in tips in a day than she will make in Salem in a week, "And as hot as you are, you'll make a lot of tips. On a scale of one to ten, you're an eleven." Jett obviously failed math.
Chelsea asks, "Why, Jett Carver, are you by any chance hitting on me?"
Jett says, "I guess I am. I didn't realize I was that desperate."
Nick grabs the card from Willow. He says he's calling the bank to get the repo man to come for all the stuff she bought. He's canceling the apartment, and tells her to go to the cops if she wants, "But no more money." Willow asks what will happen to her baby. Nick says that's not his problem and leaves.Willow says to herself, "You will help me, you egghead loser, whether you like it or not."
Chelsea thinks Jett shouldn't waste his time, because she has a boyfriend. Jett shows her a picture of his fiancée. She's hot and Jett loves her to death. Chelsea backs off, "This is me crawling under a rock." He tells her not to worry about it and asks about the job. She accepts. They high five as Nick walks in. Chelsea tells Nick about the job. Nick stammers, "But... I thought you needed training to be a flight attendant."
"When did a little thing like that ever stop anyone in Salem," asks Chelsea.
Jett pipes in, "She doesn’t need training to be friendly."
"You don't know her very well, do you," asks Nick.
Chelsea asks, "Aren't you happy for me?"
Tony picks up a picture of EJ, "Damn you, little brother. What makes you think you can tell me what to do you miserable little bastard?" He drops the picture onto the floor and crushes it under his heel, "We'll see whom father loves best."
Bart stands and watches. Tony tells Bart to leave the picture alone, "EJ means nothing. Not after I've ground him into dust."
Rolf tells the guard Dr. Jacobs has ordered this meal. The cop buys it. Rolf takes the meal in. Sami says she didn't order dinner. "Doctor's orders," says Rolf. Sami stares at the food.
Rolf gets on the elevator as EJ gets out. EJ stops and looks back. He asks the cop if that man brought the meal in, "I have to get in there. It's a matter of life and death."
Sami sulks and toys with the food. Lucas agrees to help, on one condition – that she involves Roman and Bo. Sami asks for water to help choke down the mystery meat. She cuts the food.
Chelsea suggests the airline should have micro-mini's and spiked heels for uniforms.
"Good idea. And what will the flight attendants wear," asks Jett.
Nick asks to talk to Chelsea in private. Jett leaves. Nick asks how well she knows Jett. She tells him he's Abe's nephew and his partner is Nick's cousin Jeremy. Nick says he doesn't know Jeremy. She thinks Nick is jealous. He says he saw Willow and told her the free ride was over. He's backing out of the apartment and cutting her out of his life.
That got her attention, "You scraped the slut off your shoes." She goes over to his side of the table and plants a big one on him.
Maggie comes in and announces she went home and found the lock on Nick's window broken. His room was trashed. Nick asks if Mickey is OK. "He slept through the whole thing," says Maggie.
"His coma has lasted longer than John's," says Nick.
But not as long as Jan Spears'," says Chelsea.
Maggie lectures, "Whatever is going on with you has gone far enough. Tell me everything right from the beginning. And don't leave out a single juicy detail."
Willow wanders around outside. She holds the baggie with the brush inside, "Nick, you are so predictable."
Chelsea wonders if this was a prank. Nick says he knows who did it. His phone rings. Willow tells him she found the brush. He says she has crossed the line. Willow says needs him there in 20 minutes with cash, credit cards and debit cards, or she will turn the brush over to the police. Nick hangs up and says he has to go. He asks them not to tell the cops about the break-in, "I have to take care of this for good."
Rolf is on the phone telling Tony it's done, "Elvis showed up." Tony thinks it's perfect timing.
EJ begs officer Mike to let him in. Sami takes a bite of her food as she hears the ruckus. Lucas runs out into the hall. EJ busts in and tells Sami to spit out the food, "It'll kill you! Spit it out!" FF.

Sami says, "We don't need to worry about EJ." Lucas says, "Yes we do."
EJ huffs, puffs and heaves. Officer Mike says, "Get somebody over here! We need a doctor!" EJ says, "It's all right! It's OK."
Julie and Doug sit at a table in the pub with Hope and Bo. Julie reads the letter, "Seek them out and make them pay – dearly, and torment them for what they did to your Papa."

When did Sami tell her family that EJ raped her and that she didn't know who the father of her baby is?
I was looking forward to seeing these scenes and it seems like they took place off camera which totally sucks!
Wait a minute -- Willow falls and bangs her head on a rock?? Talk about recycling scripts -- isn't that exactly what happened with Mimi and Jan Spears????!?!?!
Oh thank God, maurine! Just last night I asked my sister the same thing. I didn't remember her telling everyone either. I knew Lucas, Kate and Celeste knew and thought that was it. I was waiting for everyone at the table in the pub to ask why the DiMeras thought the baby would be related to them. It's nice to know I'm not losing my mind completely. And I agree, those scenes would've been a tad more interesting than Belch going over and over the same stuff for the 100th time or Marlena slobbering over Squints, so naturally that's why they didn't show them.
The show is picking up, tho. I'm glad to see ol' Rolfy back.
LOL over the machines registering Lucas' IQ and the plane crew wearing minis and heels. HAHAHA
Great Prevuze to guide us into the weekend! :D
cfish: You are right! And you know what that means....It's time for another famous re-cycled script picture from our one and only Bulldog!!
DOOLism of the day:
Lucas says he's not going to turn out like Kayla.
You mean whiney, pathetic, clingy, won't take no for an answer Kayla? Too late dude, already there
And speakeing of Kayla, where ARE her and Steve? Did we just forget about them on Tinda Lau? So Steve is just gonna show up all "deprogrammed" and fine? Or maybe THEY have Claire and they'll just wander into the Brady Pub with her in a couple weeks claiming she's theirs.
So Willow's going to die, we know that, but what about the baby? Will it be Grandma Hope to the rescue? Or will Shawn actually be a man and step up and be a single father................
HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA ROFLMAO!
I knew Lucas wasn't in the genius category, but why in the name of all that's holy would you BURN THE DIMERA LETTER?? The only clue anyone has ever come up with to explain this feud?
And ENOUGH with the frikkin' hairbrush! Even Ciara could figure out by now that, as evidence, the brush is so totally tainted it couldn't be used for anything other than giving Max (the dog) a good rub down!
Can't wait for the scene when Bart sees Rolf alive. Unless, of course, like all of the other potentially interesting scenes the DROOLing writers don't include it.
Loved, loved, loved the pics and Prevuisms! Thanks.
"When did Sami tell her family that EJ raped her and that she didn't know who the father of her baby is?

It would have been nice to have seen Sami telling Marlena what happened and Marlena actually acting like she CARED about Sami.... It also would have been nice to see Sami telling Roman, cuz we know Roman would have totally gone off to arrest EJ right then and there..... Seems the writers have left poor Sami out in the wind when it comes to parental care and guidance... been that way for a LOOOONG LOONG time.
Why does everyone know about EJ raping Sami and impregnating her? Silly people, how could everyone not know already with Maggie "The Town Crier" around?
Yes, I was thinking about the scene when Sami tells Roman about what EJ did to her. It could be explosive and good TV. Why did Days rob us and the actors of those great scenes????
I wonder if Days is even going to address the fact that last time we saw Rolf, he was dead. A sly comment by Rolf or Bart or Tony would suffice and answer viewer questions.
Why didn't Nick just go back to court and revoke Will-Ho's bond? Then she'd be rearrested and incarcerated. What a dumbass to give her his credit card. At least he finally comes to his senses.
Yes, Jan hit her head on a rock, but frankly, I don't care if it recycled as long as WH is gone. And her rotten spawn too.
Wait a minute -- Willow falls and bangs her head on a rock?? Talk about recycling scripts -- isn't that exactly what happened with Mimi and Jan Spears????!?!?!
DOH! You beat me to the punch. There goes a great Prevuzism for Monday.
Oh, heck. I may use it anyway. Or maybe something a little different... Wheels turning...
Maybe WH will be in the hospital bed next to Jan.
I hope not. I want her gone for good!
"He asks them not to tell the cops about the break-in."
prevuze missed another one:
Maggie instantly heads over to the phone to begin telling the world.
ok, so I'm stoked about the Tony/EJ scenes. they can both be charming yet nasty, so woohoo, bring THAT on!
And burning the letter? COME ON LUCAS...thats gonna help how?
And regarding the missing scenes...yeah, i was kind of pissed too. Not only did we not get to se them, we dont even know who all knows, and how much Sami told...grrr
Great prevuze todat btw...yoiu crack me up!
