Groundhog Day. How appropriate for Daze. Just like in the movie, we keep running through the same stuff over and over and over...
The officer orders PFC Kiriakis to stay in his area because of the blackout. I also wouldn't want to show that haircut in public.
The authorities can't help Shawn until they find out what caused the blackout. Shawn sees Phillip. Phillip says he just thought he saw his wife. Apparently his haircut is affecting his eyesight. They won't let Shawn through to Phillip.
Jan asks a marine for a favor and starts kissing him.
Lexi tells Brandon Abe's prognosis hasn't changed. Celeste encourages Brandon to go back to London. Lexi says she has her mom to help her. Brandon thinks Celeste told Lexi about her prediction. Kate wants to know why Sami is in such a hurry to leave, "If I didn't know better I'd say you're on your way to meet your lover." Sami's says, "Brandon Walker is not my lover." Kate says "I didn't say anything about Brandon." Sami says Kate can't stop the wedding and leaves. "You are so wrong, Sami Brady," says Kate.
Belle calls for Shawn. A marine asks what unit he's in. She says she's in the recon unit. Belle asks if the mission they are leaving on is dangerous. The marine says, "They are all dangerous." Bowl-head looks at a picture of Belle.
Jan tells a marine Shawn is there to steal the wife of another marine. "Can you stop him? You, know, Semper Fi, and all that."
Kate tells Euglena the next move is out of their control. Sami knows Brandon is in town. They need to concentrate on getting Sami's claws out of Lucas and into Brandon. Kate says Lexi won't let Sami see Brandon.

Sami says she hopes her psychic can do a good job. On cue she calls Wendy. "You're worried about you wedding because your ex has come back to Salem, says Wendy. Sami says she has to find Brandon. Wendy says, "I'm receiving vibrations," as Euglena hands her cash. Wendy says she sees a hotel, The Jetway inn at the Salem airport. Sami heads for the hotel.
Lexi says Sami must think she's an idiot. Takes one to know one. Why would she be chasing Brandon if she doesn't want him back. Celeste says, "The cards speak of disaster. Perhaps she wants Brandon to leave so there won't be a problem." Lexi says she could go the rest of her life without hearing another one of Celeste's premonitions. Brandon told her he would stay at a remote hotel so Sami is wasting her time trying to find him.
Brandon finishes his Mickey Finn. Euglena has transported back from the psychic's and is with Kate. Kate says fate is playing into her hands. Kate takes Brandon's bill from the bar. Sami comes in. She describes Brandon to the bar keeper, "I'm looking for a man who's tall, dark and handsome," The bar keeper says, "You and a lot of other women. We don't allow ladies of the evening in here." Sami says, "I'm talking about my ex-husband." She orders a drink.

It has his room number on it. She takes another sip, but doesn't finish the drink. That's OK, with Sami, a little mind altering will go a long way.

Brandon undresses. He phones Lexi, "Just checking in, Sarge. I'm at the hotel." Lexi tells him Sami was there. Lexi doesn't want to know where he is.
Euglena follows Kate who is dressed as a maid. Kate rambles on about Sami. "The whole reason Austin left Salem is because of Sami. She drugged him to get him to sleep with her. Now I've taken a page out of her book." Sami comes to Brandon's room. They bump into each other. Sami says, "Watch out lady," then changes her tune realizing the maid can give her the key to the room. She asks the maid for the key. "No friggin' way, lady." says Kate.
Lexi doesn't want to know where Brandon is staying. Brandon asks, "Whaddya think she's going to come and torture it out of you?" Lexi says she wouldn't put it past Sami. She knows how evil Sami can be, "Don't open your door no matter what." Brandon says, "Nobody knows I'm here."
Kate tells Sami to get her key at the front desk. Sami tries to talk her into giving her the key. She says her husband is in the room and she left and forgot her key. The maid asks Sami for ID. Sami says they were just married and she hasn't had her ID changed yet. Kate says, "You're spending your honeymoon at the Jetway Inn?" Sami says just until the morning when they're headed off on an exotic honeymoon. Kate wants all the money Sami has on her and she will let her in.
"OMG," says Celeste, "Brandon and Sami are on a collision course. There is no way to stop fate."
Kate cleans Sami out. "I'm the maid. That's my job," says Kate. She opens the door. Sami goes in. Euglena congratulates Kate. You know what to do, says Kate.
Sami says, "Brandon, it really is you. It's Sami. I have to talk to you."
The marine goons tell Jan Shawn won't bother Belle. She "thanks" them. "Shawn is going to need me more than ever," says Jan.
Phillip says, "I'll miss you more than you'll miss me. Knowing you're here waiting for me is the only thing that's going to get me home in one piece. I love you Belle." Belle says, "I love you Phillip." Shawn grabs the phone, "It's not true, Phillip, she's in love with me." FFWO on Belle.
